Shipping Policy

If you have already completed your purchase at MAKUKU.                

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours.


Free shipping

All purchases made through MAKUKU will be shipped by J&TEXPRESS ground shipping.                
It is all free!                 

This is how we love our customers.                

Please talk to customer service for a quote on expedited shipping.                 

We do not ship internationally and to military bases(for example APO、FPO、DPO).                
Sorry for all the inconvenience.


Processing time

All processed orders will dispatch within 1 day from Monday to Friday.                 

However, the shipment for high volume orders (during the season) may be delayed for 2-3 days.                
Nevertheless, in case of delay, we will notify you thru email or immediately contact you via phone call.                 

Kindly give us additional days to fulfill our obligation.

Order confirmation & tracking

Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.                
After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order are not the responsibility of MAKUKU.                 

Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.

Late arrival of order

While we try our level best to ensure you receive your order within 2-4 days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues.                 

We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday.                

Each product description states how long shipping could take.                 

Please take note of this when ordering.                 

Once an order has shipped we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
